DAHLIAS
GLADIOLI and CANNAS
MARK W. SIMON & SON
BERLIN, N. J.
We are endeavoring to supply our customers with
the very best summer flowering bulbs such as will give
good results in the hands of the amateur with very little
time to spend on a garden.
The varieties are nearly all old standard sorts that
have been grown for years and are still grown because
of their merits. Our list is by no means complete, but
affords ample selection for most gardeners at a reason-
able figure. This holds good, especially on Dahlias, of
which we grow about 10 acres each year.
All bulbs are shipped prepaid by Express or Parcel
Post according to the size of the order.
All prices are net cash with order, or on request we
will ship by Express or Parcel Post C. 0. D., customer
to pay all extra charges.
Dahlias and Gladioli can be planted as late as July
4th to bloom this year, although we advise planting about
June 1st. Complete cultural directions sent with each
order, or will be mailed separate on request.
If interested in larger quantities than stated in this
list write us giving an idea of just what you want and
we will be glad to quote you prices.
All stock subject to prior sale, so we would advise
ordering as early as possible.
Every root sent out has a white shoot showing and
when planted will start growing at once. This means
that 95 % will grow and produce wonderful plants.
